Redesign the Push Pop family of products to improve consumer appeal, profitability, shelf life, security, and sustainability while retaining Brand equity and minimizing capital investment.
Both regular Push Pop and Jumbo Push Pop were redesigned with a common design language to reinforce Brand equity and to afford more POS options, improved part fits for better shelf stability, 40% reduced plastic for lower cost, and 100% recyclable materials for better sustainability.
Parts were designed to fit all existing manufacturing lines, which minimized capital investment. A glossy full printed shrink with a SureStop tear strip adds security and eliminates additional paper labeling.

The newly redesigned Push Pop family of products met all the project goals on schedule, resulting in ongoing annual savings of $125k on one-time capital investment of $50k.
